I heard them kissing, and my wife's groans.

When Jessica let herself fall sideways and put her head on Carl's lap, I sat back up in the booth. Soon, our drinks arrived, and I ordered food for both of us. Carl merely ordered what we were having.

Hearing movement next to me, I turned the small light back on, again using my hand to dim the glow. This time my wife was sitting on Carl's lap.

In the complete darkness, I listened to Jessica next to me. The curved seat beneath me moved in rhythm to their movements.

They were still at it when our dinners were served, and I didn't know how the waitress missed hearing the noise Jessica was making. Once more I turned on my miniature flashlight to see my wife's arms wrapped around Carl's neck, her eyes tightly closed.

There was sudden applause from the invisible circle tables near us, and even before the clapping stopped, Jessica was sitting back beside me. I hoped no one could tell which table all the groaning was from.

"I guess you like when your wife acts like a ...?" Jessica asked.

"I'm not sure if I can control myself, Jessica. It's been too much." I quietly moaned.

"Do you want to kiss me?"

"Y ...Y ....Yes!" was all I could say. Then Jessica's hot mouth was on mine, and that was all it took.
