Janet R. Kaufman is the author of Through the Veil: A Soul's Journey in Grief and Grace, a National Indie Excellence Awards finalist. Following the transition of her son, Alexander, in 2021, her life took an unexpected turn toward exploring the intersections of grief, consciousness, and the enduring bonds of love. A movement teacher and artist, she approaches The Forgotten Women as a Scribe, a witness recording the voices, histories, and archetypes that emerged through years of contemplative writing and spiritual inquiry. She lives beneath the California redwoods, where she continues to create, teach, and explore the resilience of the human spirit.
