This book sheds light on the most significant challenges facing educational development in one of the provinces of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, presented as a field study. The book is divided into five chapters as follows:
Chapter One: Entitled "Background and Significance of the Study," it begins with an introduction, outlining the study's background, problem statement, research questions, objectives, significance, and operational definitions.
Chapter Two: Entitled "Theoretical Framework and Previous Studies," this chapter addresses topics related to educational development, including its concept, challenges, requirements, and motivations. It also highlights relevant studies on the subject.
Chapter Three: Entitled "Method and Procedures," this chapter covers the study's methodology, population, sample, research instrument, validity and reliability of the instrument, study variables and procedures, and statistical analysis.
Chapter Four: Entitled "Study Results," this chapter presents the study's conclusions.
Chapter Five discusses the results and offers a set of recommendations.
