Life can be challenging at times We all need activities which provide outlets for those frustrations and fears. This is a story about a small group of women who find both comfort and stimulation by swimming in the coastal waters of Hastings in East Sussex. Friendships are formed as they share the activity, even as the seasons change and challenge.
