Jason can no longer afford the rent, his landlady needs a domestic worker. Problem solved.
But his landlady is demanding and puts him to work cleaning, cooking, washing and ironing. She had been looking for a housemaid as she felt that female employees are so much easier to work with. Jason has to go along with her increasingly bizarre ideas of what his correct clothing and manner should be.
