Rachel B. Griffis is an associate professor of English at Spring Arbor University. Her research focuses on American literature and the Christian intellectual tradition. She coauthored Deep Reading: Practices to Subvert the Vices of Our Distracted, Hostile, and Consumeristic Age.

Todd Womble is a professor of English at Abilene Christian University. His research interests include contemporary American literature, the American Southwest, and narrative theory. He lives in Abilene, Texas, with his wife and two children.
