Patrick Elmer is a global business leader, experienced speaker, and executive coach whose career and life span four continents. Born and raised in a working-class family in Western Germany, he built an international career with the Mercedes-Benz Group and is currently the National Head of Supply Chain & Logistics, the youngest person to hold this role company-wide. His professional journey has taken him across Europe, the United States, Asia, and Latin America, where he now lives with his Peruvian wife and Mexican daughter. Throughout his career, Patrick has led major change-management initiatives, delivered leadership and cultural transformation programs worldwide, and coached professionals from more than a dozen cultural backgrounds in English, German, and Spanish. Despite early professional success, Patrick experienced a profound disconnect between achievement and fulfillment?an experience that launched a five-year period of intensive self-inquiry, study, and coaching. That journey revealed a deep conflict between what society conditions us to want and what actually leads to well-being and freedom. He lives in Estonia.
