Shane Keleher (he/him) currently lives in Kitchener, Ontario with Leo, his partner of 9 years, but his story has been shaped by experiencing the many corners of the province they've called home. An extensive traveller, he has walked the ground of 15 different countries and spent meaningful amounts of time in the Netherlands and Asia. It was through these travels that he developed a deep appreciation for the "humanness" in everyone he met, learning that the differences between us aren't what divides us; it's what connects us. The unique traits are what make the world beautiful and exciting.

A lifelong student of the written word, Shane holds a degree in English Literature and Language from the University of Waterloo and is a graduate of the Humber School for Writers. Bring Me Into the Light is an extension of his fascination with how we heal, how we connect, and how we find our way home.
