Marybeth Gasman is the Samuel DeWitt Proctor Endowed Chair and a distinguished professor in the Graduate School of Education at Rutgers University. Andrés Castro Samayoa is an associate professor in the Lynch School of Education at Boston College and the author of For the Love of Teaching: How Minority Serving Institutions are Diversifying and Transforming the Profession. Andrew Martinez is the director of college success for KIPPNYC and an adjunct instructor in the Graduate School of Education at Rutgers University.
