Everything within this book is true.
This book is about a momentous weather project that almost took over my teens. The topic of this project is the eye of the storm. I wrote about the updrafts of thunderclouds, the vortex in tornadoes, the wrath of lightning and the eye of hurricanes.
I couldn't get enough of nature's fury.
My fascination began in the Seventies with a small weather station in the porch. But in the early Eighties, my weather projects got bigger and bigger.
I kept diaries, wrote stories, poems and filled sketchbooks with artwork.
In reality, I was running away from something horrible. Without my realisation, the weather was 'whispering' a message to me.
Decades later, this message would get through. It destroyed everything I believed in.
This book lays bare my findings.
