Owen Williams is a mixologist and bartender from Wales who has spent over ten years devising extensive and experimental cocktail lists for several bars and restaurants, but it is his Instagram posts and recipes that have really garnered attention. His two Instagram accounts (his personal account is @my_cocktail_bible, and on his other account, @the_cocktail_bible, he shares other people's recipes) have grown sizably in the last couple of years. Owen is also the author of Dry Bar (Headline, 2024). In recent months he's been working closely with various brands (including Kahlua, Sláinte Whiskey, Absolut Vodka, Highclere Castle Gin) to create original cocktails.
