Natalie is a metaphysical minister, healer, and guide devoted to helping women (and anyone who identifies with feminine energy) awaken their inner goddess and step fully into their sovereign power. She holds two master's degrees: one in Complementary and Alternative Medicine and one in Metaphysical Science, and she holds a Doctorate in Metaphysical Science. She is also a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with advanced training in yin yoga for women's health, a Reiki practitioner, and is certified in both EFT and Ho'oponopono. Before becoming a guide and healer, Natalie spent years navigating her own journey of unlearning deeply embedded trauma and finding her rightful place in the world. She approaches her work with a rich foundation of practical tools, ritual guidance, and sacred space creation, helping others reconnect to their inner power, embrace life's transitions, and live with courage, confidence, and grace. A self-described nomad and resident of Earth, Natalie lives with her child and her dog Milo, and continues to travel wherever her practice is called. This is her first book.
