Miles Taylor is Professor of British History & Society at the Großbritannien-Zentrum/Centre for British Studies, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. His most recent books are Empress: Queen Victoria and India (2018), and (co-ed.), Utopian Universities: A Global History of the New Campuses of the 1960s (2020). Tanuja Kothiyal is Professor of History in the School of Liberal Studies at Ambedkar University, Delhi, India. She is the author of Nomadic Narratives: A History of Mobility and Identity in the Great Indian Desert (2016), and Co-Editor (with Farhana Ibrahim) of South Asian borderlands: mobility, history, affect (2022).
