I have found in my experience as a psychotherapist, the approaches of integration in the lines of psychotherapy or the integration techniques applies in psychotherapeutic methods create more effectiveness and innovation in the positive outcome.
In my experience this integrative technique that I have applied in relaxation therapy has, for a number of patients, (more than 200 during the last 2 years for treating PTSD patients as concomitant therapy and anxiety disorders) been very effective and long lasting, playing an important role in the positive outcome.
This integration leading to innovation as a new form of therapy in relaxation is well liked by clients who are able to adhere on a regular basis for long lasting effectiveness.
In integration the aim of the method of therapy should be purpose orientated, and alignment based to increase the effectiveness which will be long lasting when it is applied methodically navigating towards cohesiveness.
