When over 70 rogue employees of Bradburn Industries discovered a secret plot by the owner to sell the company and take a backroom deal with four billion, the employees decided to fight back by stealing the money and all the secret formulas that the company has illegally made.

The question is, how do over 70 employees steal four billion dollars? They decide to stage a hostage situation.
