Dr. John Hutton is a pediatrician and author of numerous award-winning children's books, many with health and parenting themes. His pioneering research involves helping show how home reading practices (as in the DR Books series) and nurturing real-world experiences promote early brain development, early literacy skills and family relationships. He lives with his family in Dallas, TX. Doug Cenko is the illustrator of the DR Books Series and many other children's books. He lives in Chicago with his wife and daughter. There's a good chance that he's currently stuck in traffic.,
