Ian A. McFarland is Robert W. Woodruff Professor of Theology at Candler School of Theology, Emory University. He previously served as Regius Professor of Divinity at the University of Cambridge. He is the author of many books, including From Nothing and The Word Made Flesh, both published by Westminster John Knox Press.
