The book you are about to read contains a collection of short and VERY short writings, and at the same time, offers quite a bit of humor. But, you will also be pulled into personal stories, some not so humorous, of the author's childhood, growing up in the 60's and 70's as a southern, small town country girl. You may find yourself laughing one minute and crying the next.
The author, Norma Jean Wallace, is married to Ronny Wallace and they have ten children: five boys and five girls. They have seventeen grandchildren: nine boys and eight girls. At the writing of this book the ages of the grandchildren span from six months through fifteen years.
Ronny and Norma Jean felt led to homeschool their children from the time the oldest entered kindergarten. They homeschooled for 35 years, graduating the youngest from high school in 2023. Several of their children attended college, obtained great careers or jobs, but most importantly, most of them are in church with their families.
Norma Jean Wallace is a conservative Christian who loves finding humor in most situations. She seeks to encourage those around her, whether in person or on social media.
