The business model of any organization is easiest to understand, build and improve with a systems approach that views the organization as a whole and examines the cause and effect relationships between the critical elements of its success. The goal of any organization is to create a "circle of prosperity", that is, an unwinding spiral of growth, income, profit. Unfortunately, this is often prevented by such "vicious circles" as lack of resources, overload, quality problems. The method of constructing system diagrams proposed by the author makes it possible to link growth factors with inhibitory factors and build a visual business model that will show the manager which parameters should be influenced in the first place in order to significantly increase competitiveness. The book will be useful first of all to managers-practitioners of commercial organizations.
