Sam Thompson is the author of three novels for children, Wolfstongue, The Fox's Tower, and The Forest Yet to Come, and several books for grown-ups. He lives in Belfast with his wife, three children, a dog who looks like an old towel, and a cat who is best friends with the dog but won't admit it. Wolfstongue was published in the US in 2022 and was an USBBY Outstanding International Book 2023.
