Their travel memoir, Cruising the Mediterranean, won the gold medal for adult nonfiction in the 2016 Wishing Shelf Book Awards, and was named the best nonfiction book in the 2016 Seven Sisters Book Awards. It was also a finalist in the 2017 Best Book Awards competition.
