You know what they say...when it rains, it pours. But in Friendship Harbor, Maine, when it snows, it blizzards, and when there's a white-out, anything can happen... even murder.
Sophie is thrilled her life is going so well. Her pub is (mostly) financially secure. She's dating her hunky pub manager. Her best friend, Oliver, is visiting from California and she's rented out her macabre guesthouse to a group of skiers on holiday. She's even handling the cold weather with aplomb.
That is, until they are hit by an unexpectedly bad Nor' Easter. Three feet of snow overnight is no joke. Now, the skiers, along with most of her staff, are stuck at Steamys pub. Sophie is creative, so she's confident she can make the most of a bad situation. Charades, anyone? Then one of the skiers is found dead, frozen outside her llama, Jack's, barn.
Accidents happen, right? Except this doesn't exactly look like an accident. And now everyone trapped at Steamy's could be a suspect. Or the next victim...
